1) How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
I get about 6, 7 or 8 hours of sleep everyday.
2) Do you think you have enough sleep each day?
Yes. I think I get enough sleep a day because a child should get at least 8 or 9 hours a day.
3) Do your parents make u sleep early?
My parents usually make me sleep late because they want me to do extra work or they force me to finish my homework when that homework is not to be handed in the next day.
4) If you think you have enough sleep, how do you manage to do that? If you do not have enough sleep, what are you doing that keep you awake (computer games / TV / Internet / Homework / Tuition /School activities etc.) and hence, prevent you from getting enough sleep?
I do not have enough sleep and I keep myself awake by doing my homework or watch television.
5) Do you think you have too many things to do every day?
Yes , I think I have too many things to do every day like finishing my homework, doing extra work and coming back from school after doing vigorous work or exercise.
6) What are the things that you have to do in a day?
I have to go to school, come back and have a 2 hours nap and immediately start doing my home work and extra work given by my mother until it is 10 or 11p.m.
7) What do you think children and parents can do to ensure that children get enough sleep?
Parents should ask their children to sleep daily at 9 p.m. or 10p.m. to be fresh in the morning and do not feel sleepy when they are at school.
