Earth Hour is an global event organized by the WWf (World Wildlife Fund). It is held on the last Saturday of March. Earth Hour was originally originated from Sydney, Australia. Sydney started this in 2007. People in Sydney would switch on the lights on the last saturday of March . This soon was adopted as a global event. I will join this global effort and I will switch off all the lights in my house (except the television). I will do my part in this event. I can try to organise a picnic or candle-light party in or out of the house. The Earth is being threatened by many threats but the most dangerous is Global Warming in my opinion. If there is pleasent and good weather, we should enjoy the natural weather than use the air-conditioner.
